1. Parties

This site is operated by INDASTRA (EIK 208699814), registered in Bulgaria, trading as Equipta.

2. Catalogue & quotes

Product information on this site is illustrative. Prices, availability and specifications are confirmed only in a written quote we issue in response to a request. Until then, catalogue listings do not constitute a binding offer.

3. Orders

An order is formed when you accept a quote in writing (email reply suffices) and we confirm. Payment terms, lead times and delivery conditions are stated in each quote.

4. Warranty

Each product carries the manufacturer's original warranty. See our Warranty page for details.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Burgas, Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
